Description

Honeycomb-Wax Press System APIMAX® is high capable machine with a production capacity of 100 kg/hour, made of high quality parts and stainless steel.
The wax-honey mixture that falls into the cone of the hopper is pushed forward by the auger (rotating screw).
The rotating auger’s pressure forces the honey to flow through the holes, into the honey sump below.
The wax pieces are stopped by the filter plates along the auger.
The dried wax is carried forward to the end of the auger, where it is collected in the basin.
The result of this process is higher quality honey with extremely low HMF.

The APIMAX® Honeycomb-Wax Press System is excellent for processing cold mixtures, coming directly from the hive. The honey-wax mixture does not need to be preheated.

The APIMAX® honeycomb press system features adjustable auger speed.
The APIMAX® honeycomb press auger features forward/reverse rotating operation.
The filter of the press system APIMAX® also functions as a pre-filter.
