Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at APIMAX EUROPE. We strive to provide our customers with the highest quality beekeeping supplies, tools, and machinery. Please take a moment to review our refund and return policy:

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery to the customer. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. If the product you received is damaged, this policy does not apply to shipping damages.

2. Damaged Products

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged by the manufacturer, not during shipping. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately at info@apimax.eu with photographic evidence of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

3. Bee Food

For hygiene and safety reasons, bee food products cannot be returned.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please email us at info@apimax.eu with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Once we verify your return eligibility, we will provide you with return instructions.

5. Shipping Costs

Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1st km Karditsa-Trikala, P.C. 43100, Karditsa, Thessaly, Greece

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged by the manufacturer. If you need an exchange for the same item, please send us an email at info@apimax.eu.
